Payment
We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments via a secure server which encrypts the information before sending across the internet.
Cards we accept, MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Solo / Switch/Maestro.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to PJ Beads Ltd have cleared in full. |

Prices
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Product prices exclude VAT at 20%. Checkout will show prices exclusive of VAT with the VAT added as a bulk item. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. PJ Beads Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.
Our prices are very competitive and if you buy larger quantities you will benefit from discounts. In addition orders over £500 before VAT and postage will get an extra 3% discount and orders over £1,000 will get a 5% discount. This will be shown as an extra item at checkout.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, PJ Beads Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. |

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In addition, for extra security, your payment details go direct to the bank and we never even see them. |

We take the security of your data very seriuosly. We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not release, sell or share this information with any other companies, organisationsor individuals.
Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Standard/Priority Delivery Service
We try to offer a speedy service and we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt which we achieve 90% of the time.
We use Royal Mail 1st class service and Parcel Force for heavier packages. They may need to be signed for so please try to give a delivery address where someone is present. We can send to a work address or deliver to a neighbour if requested to do so.
For those whose orders are urgent we offer a Priority Delivery service at an extra cost of £4.20 plus VAT. We must receive the order before 10.30am Monday- Friday and will then ensure that it goes out that night for delivery the following working day. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
This service is only available on the UK mainland and in some more remote areas ( e.g., Scottish Highlands) may be a 2 day service.
A signature is always required on receipt. |

Postage Costs
We have standardised UK (excl Channel Islands) postage charges in order to make it easier to calculate the invoice total. These charges apply to all UK (excl Channel Islands) orders. The rates are as follows:-

Overseas Customers
We welcome orders from overseas.
Postage charges will be based on the weight of the parcel and will vary. The online shopping cart will show no postage and you will be contacted by fax or email after we have received your order to quote you the postage cost. This cost will be payable seperately. All payment must be in £ sterling. |

Out of Stock Items
We try to stock every item in our catalogue all the time. Unfortunately this is not always possible.
If an item is unavailable we will do our best to contact you by phone or email for your instructions.
We can send close substitutes if you have indicated on ordering that this is acceptable.
We can credit or refund the cost of the missing item.
If we are unable to contact you and you have indicated you do not want substitutes we reserve the right to send a partial shipment. On occasions we can back order items and send them on postage free.
We will consult with you but back ordering is at PJ Beads Ltd's discretion. |

Returns/Customer Service
We will credit or refund any UNUSED goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
We will replace or refund faulty goods within 30 days. Please check your order carefully when it arrives and notify us of any difficulties. If an item is faulty we may or may not require its return at our discretion.
We will not accept returns after 30 days. If you need to send something back to us please package it carefully in a padded bag or box and pay the correct postage. We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging.
We hope you will never need to contact us with a problem but be assured that if you do our staff will make every effort to resolve it in a speedy and courteous way.

Green Policy
We are concerned that nothing we buy should contribute towards exploitation of people or the environment.
We have dealt with many of our suppiers for over 25 years, have visited their premises and know them personally. Wherever possible we buy from people we have visited or from factories which are regulated and inspected. Wood comes from sustainable forests, bone from domestic cattle and freshwater pearls from farmed sources. We try to use sea transport in preference to airfreight. We recycle boxes and packaging where it is reasonable to do so. |
