Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days from receipt of order, which we achieve over 90% of the time. We use Royal Mail 1st class service or a carrier service for heavier or high value parcels. Packages may require a signature so please supply a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for it. We can send your order to a neighbour or work address if requested to do so.
We have standardised UK (excluding Channel Islands) postage charges and rates as follows:
Basket subtotal up to £15 (excl VAT) £1.90 plus VAT
Basket subtotal between £15 - £70 (excl VAT) £3.50 plus VAT
Basket subtotal over £70 (excl VAT) Free of charge
Priority Delivery Service
For urgent orders we offer a priority delivery service at a cost of £7.70 plus VAT.
We must receive your order before10.30am and will ensure it goes out on the same working day for delivery the next working day. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday.
This service is only available for the UK mainland. In some remote areas such as the Scottish highlands it may be a 2 day service.
A signature is always required on delivery.
Postage charges are based on your destination country.
European shipping is charged at £7.00 plus VAT
Worldwide shipping is charged at £12.00 plus VAT.
These costs are calculated on a standard weight and size parcel. If your order is particularly large we reserve the right to contact you regarding the additional cost to cover the carriage.
All payments must be in pounds sterling.
Please check your order carefully when it arrives to ensure everything is correct and suitable for your purposes. If there are any problems with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01704 575461 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. If you have received an incorrect item, you can return it to us by 2nd class post (but must obtain a proof of purchase receipt) and we will refund the postage cost to you. The correct item will be sent out (providing the item is in stock) to you as soon as we receive the incorrect item.
We will refund or credit any UNUSED goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase without question. Please package any returns carefully in a padded bag or box. You will need to pay the correct postage and return to:-

Please notify us of any faulty goods within 30 days. We will either replace the item or credit/refund your account. We may require you to return the item to us but please contact us first.
