Customer Service
PJ Beads prides itself on its excellent customer service. Our staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will always deal with any enquiries, problems or complaints from customers in a speedy and courteous manner.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep every item on our website in stock at all times. Unfortunately this is not always possible. If an item is unavailable we will do our best to contact you by phone or email to notify you. Otherwise, we will send a close substitute if you have indicated on ordering that this is acceptable.
We will credit or refund the cost of the missing item if you do not wish to have an alternative supplied. If we are unable to contact you and you have indicated you do not want substitutes we reserve the right to send a partial shipment. On occasions we can back order items and send them on postage free, but this is at the discretion of PJ Beads Ltd.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of order, which we achieve over 90% of the time. We use Royal Mail 1st class service or a carrier service for heavier or high value parcels. Packages may require a signature so please supply a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for it. We can send your order to a neighbour or work address if requested to do so.
Postage Costs
We have standardised UK (excluding Channel Islands) postage charges and rates as follows:
Basket subtotal up to £15 (excl VAT) £2.90 plus VAT
Basket subtotal between £15 - £70 (excl VAT) £4.00 plus VAT
Basket subtotal over £70 (excl VAT) Free of charge
Overseas Customers
Unfortunately we only ship within the UK.
Returning Goods
Please check your order carefully when it arrives to ensure everything is correct and suitable for your purposes. If there are any problems with your order please email us at orders@beads.co.uk. If you have received an incorrect item, you can return it to us by 2nd class post (but must obtain a proof of purchase receipt) and we will refund the postage cost to you. The correct item will be sent out (providing the item is in stock) to you as soon as we receive the incorrect item.
Unsuitable Goods
We will refund or credit any UNUSED goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase without question. Please package any returns carefully in a padded bag or box. You will need to pay the correct postage and return to:-

Faulty Goods
Please notify us of any faulty goods within 30 days. We will either replace the item or credit/refund your account. We may require you to return the item to us but please contact us first.
