Cross Bracelet

Measure and cut 5 x 23cm lengths (10 inchs) of the Illusion cord (this includes extra for finishing).
On one end of each length of cord, thread a necklace end so that the hook is facing the end. Thread a crimp bead on approx 2.5cm (1 inch) from the end of the cord. Squeeze the crimp tight with the flat nose pliers so it is unable to move. Take the necklace end up to the end of the cord to cover the crimp. You can cut off the excess cord after the crimp, or you may want to knot it or use some glue to make it more secure. Either way pull the necklace end against the crimp to double check that it is completely secure. Now close the two rounded halves around the crimp. You can either use your fingers to do this or some pliers.
Thread on 10 beads and pass through the centre hole of the longest part of the cross, then thread on a further 10 beads. Complete as above with the necklace end and crimp.
Working with the remaining 4 strings, thread 12 beads on each cord and pass through the holes on each arm of the cross at the shortest point. Thread 14 beads on each string and finish with the necklace end and crimp.
You are now ready to attach the strings to the clasp. Undo the clasp on one side, you will see there is a solid bar with a ball at the end and the other side is split in the centre with a ball at the top. Using the pliers attach one of the necklace end hooks onto the loop on the end of the clasp then close the hook around the loop. Do this at either end.
