Antique Gold Necklace

Cut a 30cm (12") length of Illusion cord and a two 13cm (5.25") lengths of Antique Gold continuous chain. (If you would prefer a longer necklace measure your chain accordingly).
Feed one end of the cord through one of the crimps. Pass through the first loop on the end of one piece of chain. Bring the cord back through the crimp. Holding the crimp and chain close together squeeze the crimp closed fixing the clasp in place. (You will pass the excess cord through the first set of beads and cut off).
Now begin to thread the beads. Start with a small antique gold bead, then a Carnelian bead, another gold bead and one of the large antique gold beads. Repeat this sequence twice more. Then finish with a gold bead, a Carnelian bead and finally another small antique gold bead.
Attached the second piece of chain to the bead string in the same way as you attached the first piece of chain by using a crimp (threading the excess back through the beads and cut off once again).
Now, open the last link on the end of one of the chains and attach a trigger clasp. Do the same on the end of the other chain to attach a jump ring.

The necklace measures approx. 46cm (18").
